My Body is So Hot Today!

First of all, this last month has been very difficult, there has been a lot of energy passing through us all and I may have had problems dealing with it. It seems that there is an Earth consciousness that we all contribute to and it reflects back on to us all, if this consciousness is negative I will pick up on that while it is passing through me and it affects me very badly. I try to turn the negative Earth consciousness into positive as it passes through me, this may be important work but has left my 3D body tired and confused at times.

I have let the Source control where my energies go when I am doing meditation, I have complete trust they will go to where ever they are supposed to. I also ask that my energies be kept in flux, by this I mean stable. This has all had an effect on my mind, my feelings have been all over the place and mood swings have been common. This is unusual behaviour for me and only today do I feel like I have come out the other side. My body and especially my face have been very hot all day, it is not a fever because I feel good.

My sleep routine is upside-down, I get up late in the evening and struggle to get the will-power to get out of bed. This slide is going to stop, I am aware it is not good for me so am actively trying to change it. I need discipline and to remember that every person I meet is a part of me, I must stop judging, even if I would love to shake everyone to wake them up. My outlook is good for now, I will be giving up all addictions within the next week, it is time. I have accepted I am here at this time and have decided to look for the positive from now on, this means watching yourself and not becoming an actor in the play.

I am so glad to hear it isn't just me. lol Never in my life have I been so overheated. Thank you. It is interesting to pull back and watch yourself, especially when around others. :))

I have always been cold, 96.7 give or take. I'm now up to 97.6 and hot flushes, not flashes, running almost back to back. I'm glad we have smoke detectors and not heat sensors. lol

That is uplifting, I have seen a similar phenomenon in a church in Ireland, we just can't explain it.

Shama-an...I have seen hundreds of them,,,,they are everywhere. This is one of my hobbys is looking for crosses of light. They are made by the Ascended Masters....I have seen golden light come down from a clear blue sky and make a cross of light on the ground. They are healing as well as waking people up. In the window they are white....when you photograph them they are golden..........look around at night in the frosted glass. ,,, but, they even appear on the sides of buildings....

These crosses are what woke me up....I had one in a window in India. I have a small one here at my house. I brought the glass from India. But we had them all over the buildings in Vienna for a week when there was a spiritual conference here last year. They are a living, intelligent energy. I had one speak to me when I first saw them. It said ´´we will contact you later.´´.....and then a few months later I was in a crowd of about 10,000 people and a total stranger came up to me and gave me a paper explaining the crosses and telling me how to contact the ascended masters of wisdom. So, remember that there is a plan in place to wake people up....symbols and signs,,,energy encodements.....DNA activations.....many silent things to wake up the people.....they will awaken when the time is right.
