Om Saraswatee vidmahe
Brahma putryai dheemahi
Tanno Saraswatee prachodayaat
( Let me contemplate Saraswati
Let me meditate on the spouse of Brahma
May Saraswati inspire us)
Saraswati and the other Gods and Goddesses are different expressions of the Creator-she specializes in helping students and expanding comprehension of studies.

Permalink Reply by Kevin on September 7, 2012 at 5:22am The smartest thing a man can do imo is learn the difference between intelligence and wisdom.
I thought i was intelligent, once. Then wisdom showed me how big things really are. And i was thrilled as well as humbled.

It's easy. An over-active crown-chakra helps, but basically it's about never letting the mind rest. ALWAYS analyze something in your mind, keep the activity going. Each time you form a new thought, new connections are formed in your brain and its accessible capacity expands.
I've managed to raise my IQ about 10 points or so over a couple of years thru over active use of my mental capacity.
I have also noticed that spending a lot of time in forums and in debates also helps to expand ones intellect.
However, the importance is not how much intelligence you have per c. The importance is how you utilize it.
One can have 220 in IQ but if you spend your time in front of soap operas every day you won't be any more intelligent than a "normal person" anyway.. It's all about utilization and you ability to properly catalog your experiences. :)

ALWAYS analyze something in your mind, keep the activity going.
analyze and think about everything by utilizing the maximum amount of neurons and neural inter-networks you got ! This comes naturally to me . . I cannot utilize 1/4 or 1/2 of my brain etc . . either I meditate , or use 100 % of my "usable" brain networks to think about "anything" literally :)
feel your feeling finish is the fastest way to freedom... gita bellin
meditation can open you to the "ethernet "of intelligence..proceed :)
but also feel exhaustion yawn away sadness weep away and anxxiety shake away ...anger.... isnt that useful for males but can be for females due to different cultural programming...shake those old emotions fro m the neurons of your brain
enjoy

Permalink Reply by John Jancar on September 7, 2012 at 11:10am There's no real way to force your intelligence to expand. It's the opposite, you have to forget about it, and let it happen on its own. Trying to do it, defeats the purpose. Then you're thinking too much about it, and I can tell that's what you do, just by the way you write. Real intelligence comes when you're not thinking so much.
Intelligence comes from vision and imagination. It comes from insight and inspiration. It comes from being able to reason and put two and two together. And that's something that just kind of happens, you're not really trying to do it.
It's like basketball...when you first start, you're no good...you can't dribble, you can't shoot, you're trying too hard, you're too deliberate....there's no flow and grace, no skill or feel. And as you practice more, you get better and better, until you can dribble, and shoot, and score, without thinking about it really, or trying to do it...you just do it. It's the same for intelligence, and most other things in life.
You know, I like to play Risk online with other people, just to keep my cognitive skills sharp. And I usually win lol You don't need meditation to improve your intelligence, it doesn't hurt, but I don't meditate very often, and I'm the smartest person I know...and that includes the lightworker community. You just have to work the mind, study, play games, do puzzles, anything that engages the mind is good for practice.
