Many channelers contactees have said that ascencion will come at the end of 2012 I cant believe we are so close! I do believe ascenscion will be at the end of the year!! but we must have arrests tech. release and govt. change now. Otherwise we wont have enough time to educate the people of whats coming.

Permalink Reply by leffotrak on Exactly! People have already ascended... it's always happening, and it will continue to always happen. Some people are just starting to ascend. Some people are ascending and don't even know of the term ascension. (The rest of this reply isn't directed at you Cptn, but the general public.)
I learned a hard lesson from my spirit guide about what ascension actually is. It's not what you think it is. It's not something you're going to wake up and see. It's something that happens to you, as an individual. The definition of ascension is to climb. What are you climbing for? The purpose? If one does not know what ascension really is, I recommend they take a moment out of their day and contemplate it.
I also personally feel it's selfish to think that the whole world is going to pop over into a realm that pretty much resembles how we exist in the afterlife. What's the point of incarnating if life on Earth is exactly like life in the afterlife (aka heaven)? What would people get to learn from incarnating on Earth if this was so? The only thing I can think of is pain and death. Since the only difference, I'd suspect, would be existing in mortal bodies. Which means the people who incarnate on Earth to learn how to appreciate the good (which means you have to experience the bad to understand why good is good) would be sol'd. Like the figurative doorman to Earth saying, "Oops, you're too late. The Earth ascended. You can't learn your lessons here anymore. Better be happy with what you got!"
As far as individuals reaching another dimension. We do this when we use our third eye. And when we sleep. Specially when we sleep... a lot of people can do this while meditating as well. When using your third eye to access this other dimension, it takes fine tuning to better understand the difference between your own imagination and what your third eye is actually processing. Like when a medium can see, with their third eye, another person's spirit guide. They're accessing the dimension that the spirit guide exists in. That certainly isn't the 3rd dimension. Otherwise everyone would be seeing spirits.

To answer your question, NO, I really don't think anything is going to happen. Why should we believe the channelers? Their track record is less than impressive to say the least, and that is being very kind.

Permalink Reply by Fence Sitter on 2012 is the mid point from negative to positive energy and it took hundreds of years of decline to get to where we are and likely hundreds of years of reincarnations to see the positive energy overcome then things may perk up.

This is meant to happen at that time, Dec 21st 2012 is when the solar system leaves the night and enters the dawn of the galaxy.
The Mayan's weren't the only ancient civilization to prophesize this.
