I so liked the message that the following link provided that I decided to post it in a discussion. I think the importance of the words shared are perhaps the best advice I have received as of yet. The few words " In Lak'ech Ala K'in" tell so much and ring so true as to the beauty of recognizing spirit in all things.
And as the message says, when we apply it in our lives and walk a path of mindfulness and gratefulness. It is impossible to live a life with fear or consider yourself a victim.
It also imparts the truth in that spirit helps those that help themselves. It is up to us to create a positive future if that is what we desire.
I plan on practicing it in my daily ritual,I hope you will too..:-)
