That is why the Warrior of Light has the impression of living two lives at the same time. In one of them he is obliged to do everything that he does not want to do, fighting for ideas that he does not believe in. But there is another life, one that he discovers in his dreams, readings, and meeting people who think like he does.
The warrior lets both lives draw close to one another.
"There is a bridge that connects what I do with what I would like to do," he thinks. Little by little his dreams take over his routine, until he realizes that he is ready for what he has always wanted.
So, a little bit of daring is enough to transform the two lives into just one.
This is his chance to undo the bad that he caused. A chance that he always seizes without any hesitation.
Paulo Coelho - Warrior of the Light
We all need that bit of daring ;) but maybe that is the hardest part...
I know how you feel melody, i have gone through the barrage of noise you describe...
its necessary to strengthen character, know its serving your highest good.
When this happens try to meditate, play music
drown out the noise; use visualisation, mantras, whatever makes you scream *happy* lol
i used this for 30 years & remained sane in the busiest town ever... it works! <3
btw i love paul coelho, good stuff Solarkid! lol
How peculiar, I haven't been by here in ages, and I am reading a novel The Witch of Portobello by Paulo Coelho....
Yes please pick me up! ^_^ I would really like to go away...
perhaps you may be experiencing a kind of pendulum effect from the energy you gave out yesterday. . that was alot of energy <3 reason I mention is because I experienced similar. . is fine though. . I remember how this energy stuff goes.
a steady pace can be helpful but sometimes a push is needed too <3
Be careful with your thoughts as they might become true...
i feel u. for me its not the sounds in my head, its the thoughts. my mind races like crazy with constant thoughts. its like I'm "downloading" my amnesia constantly. truly is hard to deal with and makes me question my existence in this body. we are all ready for change and its going to come :) try to keep calm and carry on.. i think thats a saying lol
I get those too but they go away after 5 min or so. I have fould that drinking plenty of water helps and I don't experience this on my fasting days at all. I will direct some good energy your way and pray that this awful noise stops. Hang in there sister. Many blessings...
Healing with water crystals by Masaru Emoto is a nice book that includes 2 disks with classical music that are very healing to listen to and should repair the damage that has been done to you. Also I would recommend keeping water with positive loving messages written on the bottle as your drinking water.
Oh and also you may want to get some headphones so you can drown out the other noises.. Also, you could consider sound-proofing your home or at least one room for you to relax and escape in...
WHAT?!? HUH?!? CAN'T HEAR YOU OVER ALL THAT NOISE!!! :P KIDDING! But seriously, I do "HEAR" you when it comes to buzzing, screaming, fidgeting, tapping, honking, beeping, screetching, etc. You are not alone in this... I know many people (including myself) who would agree w/ you. Maybe it's time to hit the woods for some camping or a hike (or whatever your flavor). Go reflect in the peacefulness of nature. It's calling you....
Easy solution...fermented grape juice.. Works wonders
