'This diet takes a very sensible approach,' says Dr Weichselbaum. 'The staple food would be bread, and food from plant sources, with moderate amounts of proteins.
'This is exactly our advice - eat anything in moderation. It also recommends asking yourself: "Why am I eating this?" It makes you aware of what you consume and encourages you to think about it.'

Permalink Reply by Kevin on OBVIOUSLY you didn't read between the lines or you wouldn't have made an asinine comment like that. Form your own opinions based on the fact filtered by heart. I am PERSONALLY LIVING a life where eating any form of food TAINTED BY FEAR OR PAIN makes me physically sick every time. It got to the point where i couldn't even keep that kind of food down. Switch to the Jesus diet and BAM, there I AM.

the problem you people dont get is you do not need jesus to sell your diet choice. also your diet choice isnt the one and only choice and should not be forced upon others, especially with the "jesus does it so you better too or go to hell" bullshit tactic.
i dont even know who the colbert person was.
and i have read the essene gospels, and like anyone with a few brain cells, i dont believe everything i read or base my life upon something i read.

and i reckon if jesus was about he'd enjoy a nibble on such a sweet peach :)
