[Updated... see below] Higher dimensional energetic constructs becoming visible to all. Higher dimensional optics are being inserted into all relevant Gaia grids.
Gaia herself becoming 5th Dimensional beingness requires 3D to 5D optics upgrade. This is in process and will continue through and beyond the 12-21-12 gateway.
Hue-manity optics upgrades parallel Gaia planetary upgrades. Those experiencing vision “abnormalities” (blurred, out of focus vision, colored sprites moving through visual screen) are presently “in the norm” for Hue-manity-in-Ascension beings.
[Update... Initial presentation of this data appeared as needles inserting all over the surface of Gaia. These are energetic conduction needles. At the top of each needle appeared an eye, representing the Higher dimensional optics being inserted.]

I really can't say I have felt or seen anything unusual this year of 2012, still there's so much talk about feeling energies at special days. What am I lacking to percieve this energy? I really want to advance, but it feels like it's just my physical 5 senses that have an experience. I want to sense something "spiritual" but I just don't know how..
Permalink Reply by Louise on Go on the Tom Kenyon site and look at the Hathors articles on there. There are sound meditations you can download one is for the pineal gland one for the heart as well as others I find these really good, lay down and just breathe and listen see how it goes :)
Permalink Reply by Ogdoo on Thank you :) I will try this! Is there something you can expect if you do this a number of times? I also like meditating with crystals, I always have a lapis lazuli on my forehead and an amethyst at the top of my head when I lie down and meditate.

Some people are energy empaths due to their body type and experience working with energy. If you do not feel the energies it is ok...no worries. Here are things to look for...it can make you feel high mentally,, or very relaxed and even sleepy. The important thing is to keep raising the frequencies 24/7,,,with music, walks in the nature, quality time with family and pets....eating right,,,laughter is a high vibe.Laugh your way to ascension....balance the chakras every day, stay grounded,,,,stay in the heart. You will get more spiritual experiences when the chakras are balanced. Put colors into your body.

definately the nature is changing, noticed that both in england and over here in norway (this year)... :)
