God can do whatever God likes to do. No one knows the mind of God. Enlightenment to me is the revelation and the knowing that we are more than this body. We are spirits having a physical experience. Once we know this and understand that we are connected to the all that is, then we start our journey to enlightenment. An enlightened person is able to attain a state Samadi during meditation, this opens their crown chakra so that knowledge and wisdom can be gained from other plains. You have to be able to attain a state of samadi to gain enlightenment. This is how most people attain enlightenment anyways. Some have had their crown chakras opened with the help of spiritual beings, but for the rest of us, it takes l o t s of meditation and self discovery. I am still seeking, maybe one day the gates will open for me.
No doubt they will.
God speed you on your path.
Thank you Devi....I'm trying. I would like to be able to help all of humanity in some way? I help whomever I can now, but it's like I have a feeling that I need to do something on a grander scale. Not sure what though. I'm more that open to any enlightenment that I can get. Maybe one day soon....I hope so. :-)
TO SERVE SELFLESSLY IS WHAT HAPPINESS AND LIFE IS ALL ABOUT..
OUR HAPPINESS LIES IN MAKING OTHERS HAPPY.
THERE IS NO any enlightenment BUT ONLY ENLIGHTENMENT.
BEING NON-JUDGMENTAL IS THE FIRST STEP.
Devi, I believe your feeling of "needing to do something on a grander scale" is reflective of the fact that when all humans agree on something, this mass collective achieves much more on an exponential level. We all have this feeling, we were meant to all be working together, not as individuals.
An enlightened being, looks out at absolutely all around them, and feels only unconditional love and compassion, therefore according to the Law of Attraction, they are freed from suffering, are freed from their karmic cycle and are in bliss. To the extend we feel any anger or think any judgement or feel any hurt or jealousy, or superiority or inferiority, in other words, to the extent we suffer...it is to this exact extent that we are unenlightened.
