  Yes agreed Movella. Stepping away from the Political bullshit many months ago was a great decision on my part. For years it was the same Bullshit said over and over and over and over again with no results whatsoever. One of the biggest mistakes I ever made in this life was getting into the political crap back in 2016 thinking things would end up different this time. I much prefer my pre 2016 stance which was all politicians are worthless sacks of shit that like to talk a good game, but never act and lie like no tomorrow.

  I felt drawn to share this insight: To truly take your power back as a Protagonist, you need to be able to practice detachment when necessary. Moments of stillness help with this. Many people imagine meditation to be a long and tedious exercise. However, I do not personally meditate for a long time. All I need is a 10 minute session to feel completely centred again. Another method to reach this level of awareness is during yoga which I enjoy doing more often than meditation, or you can even tap into this during walking.
  
  - Shift your mindset. Imagine stepping out of your mind and watching your thoughts from an outer perspective, drift by like ripples in a calm and still lake. You are the one viewing the lake, you are not the water ripples or thoughts.
  - Be aware of what you’re identifying with, if your thought stems from societal conditioning, then it may not be authentic for you and you may wish to release it. A thought is just a data point, and whether you react to it or not is in your control. Just because a thought surfaces it doesn't mean you have to give it energy or emotion, or identify with it. Let it flow by gently in the lake.
  - Adjust the frequency. If you take a step back and observe a low-vibe or chaotic thought without judgment, you can strip it of its power. You can choose to return to a higher perspective where true clarity lives and then generate positive feelings from a place of clarity.
  
  This simple exercise can be done within a few minutes and you will notice a feeling of clarity, peace and calmness. If you want to design an empowered future, you cannot afford to let negative mental loops dictate your vibration too often. Relax, breathe and view yourself from a higher perspective, then you can choose the vibes that serve your highest good. You are the architect of your reality.
